Straight from the market-to-table dining spaces of Irvington—the brand new bar and restaurant at the W New York hotel in Union Square—this retro cocktail plays off the dining space’s love of fresh ingredients with a vintage kickback. A concoction of both points bubbly and sweet, Lucy’s Diamond segues Irvington’s farmer’s market offerings with ease and a hint of splendor.



  • 0.5 oz. Combier Pamplemousse
  • 1 dash lemon bitters
  • 3 drops orange blossom water
  • 4.5 oz. Domaine Chandon

Combine all and serve with 1 ice cube and an option lemon twist in a saucer.
