Four Seasons Hotel Dallas’ Smoked Texas Margarita
Embrace your inner cowboy with this sharp cutting margarita from the Four Seasons Hotel Dallas. As its name suggests, this is one smoky cocktail that will instantly draw visions to the wild, untamed Texan land with just a single sip – heartbreaking sunsets and horseback rides through the desert up to the drinker’s discretion.
- 0.25 oz. Smoked pecan agave
- 1 oz. Triple sec
- 2 oz. Patrón Silver Tequila
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
- 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, then torch a lemon and lime wheel and use to pour over the margarita. Take the zest of lemon, lime, and salt for the rim; torch for extra flavor. Garnish with edible flower.
