#GucciPretAPorter is a Dazzling FW19-20 Campaign

For its latest campaign, the Italian designer took the streets of Paris for an opulent and glitzy Fall/Winter 19-20 campaign dubbed #GucciPretAPorter. Creative director Alessandro Michele oversaw the concept, which references the entire process that goes into designing and constructing such intricate and showstopping garments, from paper-drawn concept to fittings. The extravagant image sequence explores retro advertising themes as part of its narrative to expose the different aspects of which clothing and fashion as an industry are consumed, whether on the runway, in a boutique, or on the streets of the fashion capital. Art direction was handled by Christopher Simmonds and Glen Luchford shot the images.
