Hairstylist and salon-owner Sam Brocato has launched a clean hair care line, Together Beauty, packed with natural actives and plant-powered formulas. Not only does his line replace the need for synthetic ingredients, but it’s almost entirely sustainable and recyclable. “Together Beauty was started as a response to the availability of new natural active ingredients that really do the job of synthetics for styling, conditioning, and finishing hair,” explains Brocato. His products are essentially a super-cocktail of hair benefits packaged in stone-like flacons labeled with whimsical names like Whatever Wherever (weightless leave-in conditioner) or Rebel Rebel (styling paste.) As sustainable living moves beyond a trend to sheer necessity, it’s clean beauty that offers furthest advancements and the easiest replacements in our daily lives.
