WHAT
Mr. Purple’s Bottled Moscow Mule
It’s been said that good things take time. Point and case? Mr. Purple, the long-awaited, pool-equipped, bar and restaurant that sits sexily smack in the middle of the brand new Hotel Indigo Lower East Side in New York. Proof with even more fun: the trendy spot’s Bottled Moscow Mule, an infectious and fresh citrus update on the classic vodka cocktail, given just a bit more time to percolate.
HOW
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Water
- 1.75 oz. Stolichnaya Vodka
- 0.75oz. Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz. Fresh ginger juice
- 3/8 oz. Fresh lime juice

THEN
Combine ingredients, chill, and carbonate. Bottle in 187ml glass bottles. Cap and refrigerate.
