Snow Leopard’s Beneath The Snow
Mixologist Shinya Yamao of charming Korean meets Italian—and one Michelin star—restaurant Piora blends Snow Leopard Vodka with an array of apple iterations for a tart and tasty winter cocktail.
- 1.5 oz. Apple juice
- 1 oz. Snow Leopard Vodka
- 0.6 oz. Busnel Calvados
- 0.6 oz. Earl grey tea
- 0.6 oz. Maple syrup
- 0.5 oz. Hand squeezed lemon juice

Put all ingredients into shaker, and shake well. Pour into rock glass. Add sliced apple for garnish.
