A rustic Italian spin on a spicy margarita, Asellina‘s Caupona cocktail provokes all the senses with a light lust. As the hip NYC restaurant celebrates the last week of National Pasta Month, pair the drink with one of Chef Andrea Montobbio’s unique noodle novelties for a meal you’ll certainly remember.
- 2 oz. Don Julio Silver
- 0.5 oz. Solerno blood orange liqueur
- 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz. Agave nectar

Shake all and pour into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime. Add a muddled jalapeño for additional spice.
