WHAT
Sunset Beach’s Skinny Dip
Seal off summer with a romantic cocktail for her and a some much needed views for you. Shelter Island’s jewel, Sunset Beach, serves a charming libation, the Skinny Dip, which will surely inspire excitement.
HOW
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Tequila
- 0.75 oz. Prickly Pear Juice
- 0.5 oz. Lime juice
- 0.5 oz. Simple syrup

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice. Garnish with a lime slice.
