WHAT
PHD Terrace’s Hot to Trot
Cool down with this tantalizing hot cocktail atop PHD Terrace‘s chic rooftop space at New York’s Dream Midtown.
HOW
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz. Lime juice
- 0.75 oz Agave nectar
- 3 slices Cucumber
- 1-2 slices Jalapeño

THEN
Muddle cucumber and jalapeño. Add all ingredients to iced cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in rocks glass.
