WHAT
Hospital Club London’s Perfect Manhattan
Creative creation is key at the Hospital Club London, so why should your drink be excluded? This Perfect Manhattan is a bittersweet ode to all different kinds of imaginative genius, wrapped up in one glistening little glass.
HOW
Ingredients:
- 1.7 oz. Bourbon
- 0.4 oz. Sweet vermouth
- 0.4 oz. Dry vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

THEN
Combine ingredients and stir over ice. Then, strain into coupe glass and garnish with orange zest and maraschino cherry. Drink can be served over ice in a rocks glass for a more chilled version, should the mood suit.
