An intersection of both tequila and mezcal flavored even further by ginger, the cocktail crated by Jason Shurte is sure to get those creative juices flowing.
- 1 oz El Jimador
- .75 oz Del Maguey Vida mezcal
- .75 oz ginger syrup
- .75 oz lime
- .25 oz Cynar
Shake everything but Cynar, strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, float Cynar on top and garnish with grated lime zest.
