WHAT
Drambuie’s Prince Pum King
A royal drink inspired by Prince Charles Edward Stuart’s own recipe, Drambuie‘s Prince Pum King is the tongue-in-cheek way to unwind this pumpkin picking season. A combination of scotch whiskey, heather honey, herbs, and spices, Drambuie makes this cocktail perfect for sipping while looking out over your estate or while traversing the lush English country side.
HOW
Ingredients:
- 1 part Drambuie
- 0.125 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.125 tsp ground nutmeg
- 4 parts steamed whole milk
- 1.5 parts pumpkin puree

THEN
Steam milk, pumpkin puree, and spices together until hot. Double-strain into a cup, then stir in Drambuie. Top with additional milk foam and ground nutmeg.
