G-Star Raw Spring 2013 Look Book: Magnetic Motor
There’s a lot of re-inventing and updating going on in the Spring 2013 collection of G-Star Raw menswear. Their lens? The motorbike. The men’s denim range features G-star’s favorite styles like the 3D Elwood in cleaner, more modern tonal stitching and goes motor-inspired with a front pocket just below the normal pocket. Also, the biker details are featured on denim jackets. A new addition is the no-frills, stripped-down Dexter denim with its clean look created by tonal stitching, no rivets and subtle than normal branding for G-star (nice!). For men, the Dexter comes in a new low tapered fit and a super slim fit. RAW Essentials, who denim aficionados will know as the brand’s top tier in craftsmanship focuses on the re-invention of the deep, intense indigo colour originally found in vintage European workwear. The key style in men’s RAW Essentials denim is the new Low Tapered fit, executed in luxurious denim fabrics. The pants collection is complemented by a broad selection of blazers and jackets, like the short Labour Jacket, with its detailed chest pocket, 3D constructed sleeves and clean interior finish with binding.
