Air Force 1s Get a Luxe Makeover in Nike x PPP Collab

Nike x PPP, the newest collaboration between the sportswear brand and a hodgepodge of parisian taste-makers (Pain O ChoKolat, PIGALLE Paris, Pompon), drops tomorrow, giving a new, fine leather breath into the historic Air Force 1s. Two new versions of the shoes (one pair of high-tops and one low), along with the complimenting tank-tops, shorts, hat, and basketball that fill out the rest of the collection, combine athletic heritage and workman-style. For the footwear, leather laces and oversized gold metal eyelet emphasize the industrially-worn look. The clothes were varnished and given tie-dyed treatment for an aged look. All and all, it’s a concrete slab of a slam dunk.
