Kanye Tries To go Minimal with an APC Collab
The waters have been a bit a bit turbulent in Kanye West’s attempt to seek glory in the fashion arena after two failed collections under his KW label. West recently sat down with W Magazine where he revealed, “The first collection was way better than the second… It was more artful. It was 30 collections in one. It just takes time for me to slow down and think like a normal person.” Apparently Kanye West is feeling the pangs of being normal, as he recently set up an atelier in Milan to be the nucleus for his unofficial ‘comeback’. But first, he promised, he would collaborate on a capsule collection with a “hip French brand” that thanks to a not-so-cryptic tweet sent out yesterday was revealed to be… APC. The collection, wasting no time to launch, will be available on July 14th at 10AM from www.apc.fr and feature jeans, t-shirts, and hoodies.
