Fans of American pop art legend Roy Lichtenstein finally an opportunity to display the artist’s priceless work in their home with a new deluxe coffee table book from Assouline. The new extensive tome, dubbed Roy Lichtenstein: The Impossible Collection, features over 120 images of the artist’s seminal comic-book style work (which were selected by art historian Avis Berman), as well as other famous artists’ interpretations of his own work, from Van Gogh to Matisse. And weighing 18 lbs., it’s an impressive addition to any art book collection and a sure conversation starter.
