Komono teams up with artist Baloji for its latest capsule collection. The collaboration embraces African elegance—of its era and current trends—drawing from a past colonial aesthetic, which is used as a powerful inspiration and influence throughout the collection. The capsule is made up of four styles that are named after people that inspired Baloji along the way. Infusing the artist’s savvy and modern style into four unique Komono sunglasses—Dizzy, Mujinga, Tshala, and Kitoko—the new styles embrace powerful inspiration and influence. Each malachite acetate frame is a vibrant green with gold detailing, making each style a true statement piece.
