For the ninth installment of an ongoing fruitful collaboration, Japanese fashion label Comme des Garçons SHIRT and ultra-cool The Generic Man have joined together again to unveil a new two-part line of bold sneakers inspired by two different models in the Generic catalogue: the Borstal and Slip On. The first style features swirling paisley pattern-cut suede in bright purple, fuchsia, and sea foam, while the second is made from actual quilted cotton and striped shirt fabrics from Comme des Garçons’ Spring/Summer 2015 collection in sky and navy.

CDG’s SHIRT line focuses on the concept of reworking the classic white by adding splashes of color, pattern, and unconventional fabrications.
