Jump for Joy: Jeremy Scott x adidas FW14 Comes Out This Saturday

Few collaborations manage to approach the extremity of Jeremy Scott x adidas, a decade-long partnership between the high-end designer and sports empire that has cleverly been able reinterpret cultural phenomena and push athletic-wear into new heights (often literally) in fashion. In keeping with both brand’s wide range of stimuli, the new roll out for Fall includes Scott’s collaboration with iconic New York artist Kenny Scharf—most known for his 1980’s amalgamation of pop culture and science fiction—off the runway and onto the field. But it wouldn’t be Jeremy Scott if it was a one man show—Scharf pop ups in the collab between, of course, a truck load of other cultural notes.

The first in-store drop of the collection is July 12, 2014, and includes shredded denim printed track jackets, patchwork sweats with pops of Scharf’s colorful creatures, and—our favorite—a re-introduced version of the collaboration’s Motor x Pants. While you’ll have to wait until October for the full release, with the overwhelming intersection of hip hop and pop art due this Saturday, we’re sure you’ll be busy until then anyway.
