Allied Maker, the New York-based lighting designer founded by Ryden and Lanette Rizzo, has recently opened up its first showroom in Tribeca. The 2000-square-foot space showcases the brand’s signature models that have permeated the lighting industry in recent years, recently hosting an installation at Collective Design Fair during NYCxDesign week earlier this spring — a long way from the humble garage setup the duo operated from when launching the brand in 2012.

Designed in collaboration with architecture firm Mesarch Studio, the showroom (which once served as a dentist’s office) boasts an open layout and includes a lofted office. Emphasizing the brand’s ingenuity and attention to craft, the bright space radiates sophistication with intricately designed arches and custom-designed staircases with baluster hardware detailing.

The Allied Maker showroom is open now at 81 Franklin St, New York, NY 10013.
