Filip Pagowski x Drake ‘Summer Sixteen’

Those that turned into OVO Sound Radio—the Drake-led podcast spearheaded by Beats 1—on Apple Radio this weekend might have recognized something a little familiar. No, not the casual odes to Rihanna, whose free-release album “Anti” just controversially went platinum (we didn’t mind that), but rather, the artwork created by Filip Pagowski for the rapper’s just-dropped single “Summer Sixteen,” which features Drake’s notorious “6” (Toronto) encircling an eye. Most famous for his work for avant-garde Japanese/Parisian brand COMME des GARCONS‘ Play logo, the polish artist and former model has also illustrated for the likes of The New Yorker, Visioniare, and more.
