Worn to Perfection: Chris Hemsworth in Ermenegildo Zegna

Chris Hemsworth in Ermenegildo Zegna Suit Wool Trophies Australia

Life is good when you’re Chris Hemsworth who jaunted down to Australia the other night to celebrate the 50th edition of the Ermenegildo Zegna Wool Trophies. Mr. Hemsworth wore to perfection an Ermenegildo Zegna three piece suit from the ‘Australian Celebration Collection’ featuring the pied-de-poule fabric from Australian wool produced by Lanificio in the 60s and currently re-interpreted in Trofeo Natural Comfort. His tie and pochette were made from printed fabrics inspired by aboriginal “dot art” paintings, realized by artist Dorothy Napangardi; a tribute to the Australian aboriginal culture. The Ermenegildo Zegna Wool Trophies, first spawned to celebrate and foster Australia’s position at the world’s number 1 progenitor of will,  matched with the unveiling of an installation with multimedia projections, the longest men’s fashion show in Australia featuring more than 60 male models outfitted in the Fall /Winter 2013 Ermenegildo Zegna collection and the presentation of the “Australian Celebration Collection”, a capsule dedicated to celebrate Zegna’s storied relationship with Australia. The winner of this year’s awards: Ed & Jill Hundy of Windradeen. But also, it appears, Chris Hemsworth.
