The third season of the Steve McQueen inspired Barbour collection has turned up this outerwear gem. The MacGrain is based on the classic 1937 motorcycle jacket, which later became a version of the 1964 ISDT team jacket worn by McQueen himself (pictured below). It’s made from a heavy 8oz wax and the simulated mud-splattered design is construed of rubber compounded mud – made to match the mud marks on the original. There’s other goodies in the collection too—the Claude Shawl Cardi, a heavy-gauge piece of knit heaven that is also ultimate McQueen. Pair either with some selvedge denim or, just a Triumph Motorcycle.
