Rihanna’s FENTY x PUMA Releases ‘The Trainer’ Sneaker

Barely two weeks after Rihanna’s big fashion event, the first of the new line is already upon us as of today in the form of The Trainer. The sneaker is the first product to drop from the debut FENTY x PUMA by Rihanna Autumn/Winter 16 ready-to-wear collection, the athletic line inspired by the new creative director’s often aggressive mix of sport and high fashion. The new silhouette combines innovative performance technology with street-ready style. Utilizing an advanced form of neoprene for the upper, the shoe is as good looking as it is comfortable. Extended heel and tongue add support, while additional heel thickness allow for fast, multi-directional movement. Premiering in three colors—black, white, and red— and in both men’s and women’s, the futuristic kicks are a great compliment to any gym ready outfit. If history is any indication, you will need to act fast, as Rihanna’s last Creeper flew off shelves.
