Shopping: J.Crew Opens Second Ludlow Shop
Earlier this year, J.Crew gave their most asked about suit—The Ludlow—its very own store on a picture-perfect Tribecca street. The concept shop did well. Good enough that they’ve just opened their second outpost in another location that fits the store just as well as the suit—next to their Men’s Shop in historic Boston’s back bay open-air, luxury shopping complex called Copley Place. The store is much like the New York outpost, with a vast array of Ludlow suit styles, all featuring the suit’s mainstay old world Bespoke-inspired details like a canvas chest piece, intricate pickstitching along the lapel and interior and a luxurious Bemberg lining, a narrow and a slightly shorter cut, higher armholes. The staff are suiting experts the store offers tailoring, monogramming & door-to-door courier service.
