Givenchy Just Got a New CEO

Renaud de Lesquen, a fashion and beauty veteran who’s currently the president and CEO at Dior America, will start a similar role at Givenchy on April 1. He’ll replace the brand’s current CEO Philippe Fortunato who is departing the company to pursue a personal project, according to WWD who broke the story. As of today, Dior America hasn’t announced his successor.

de Lesquen is a highly decorated expert who has worked across beauty and fashion departments at some of the world’s biggest brands including Dior, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, and Armani. His appointment at Givenchy is the latest saga in the company’s growth after hiring designer Clare Waight Keller as its creative director following Ricardo Tisci’s exit in 2017.
