The name “Swarovski” has taken a beating in the past few years though no fault of the storied company’s ever lavish offerings. Rather, much like how the word “couture,” has morphed into the word “fashion”, the wrong people have figured out the correct way to pronounce “Swarovski,” and persist on using it to describe just about anything that sparkles. But while the masses have their fun misusing the word (if we all start accenting the last “e” on Rhineston(é) will they take it back?), Swarovski’s true lovers are set to have a field day with its intoxicating fall collection of quirky men’s accoutrements.
