The Hill-Side Fall 2012 Look Books by the People
The guys at The Hill-Side decided to get a little experimental with their Fall 2012 look book and the results have paid off handsomely. Rather than another cool Brooklyn based shoot, they sent 24 disposable cameras to retailers from Madison, Munich, Chicago, Cape Town, Austin, Amsterdam, Toronto, Tokyo, San Francisco, Silverlake, Sydney and Seoul to take pics of anyone from their staff, customers, neighbors, friends, kids, pets and even a pizza delivery guy wearing the stuff. Which really just gives us some good vibes (and a little thing called hope) are out in the world despite a lot of things you may be hearing in the news. It’s a good thing when local life goes world wide. Especially in an innovative way like this. Anyway, two things we love—seeing the brand’s clear Brooklyn style as interpreted through different style destinations throughout the world, and also, all the ties.
