Originally known for Japanese selvedge denim, Natural Selection releases its 5th coherent ready-to-wear collection, Autodidact, for Spring/Summer 2016. Playing with the visual pleasure of negative space, the brand draws inspiration from the work of self-taught Japanese architect Tadao Ando, using varying hues of gray, white, sky blue, and indigo throughout each piece where structure, detail, and simplicity is the focus. Fusing clean lines, relaxed tailoring, and quality fabrics, while still holding a subtle edge, the lookbook is shot on location at what looks to be a desensitized office building.
