WHAT
Southbank
Straight from the Mondrian London at Sea Containers‘ grand green and brass Dandelyan bar, and boasting Bacardi Heritage Edition Rum, the Soutbank is just as delicious as it looks.
HOW
Ingredients:
- 1.2 oz. Bacardi Heritage Edition Rum
- 0.5 oz. Gomme syrup
- 0.5 oz. Kamm & Sons
- 0.8 oz. Lemon juice
- 8 Fresh lemon verbena leaves

THEN
Build all ingredients into a highball glass over cubed ice. Mix well and top with soda water. Garnish with Lemon Verbena flowers.
