A more concentrated vision than images of season past, Raf Simons’ new Spring/Summer 2015 campaign looks inward to a series of portrait shots taken over a minimal studio backdrop paired with backside glimpses of the shadowed outside; as if materializing—if only for a moment—Simons’ own continued pausing over the blurred past in some sort of fashionably divine and shamefully nostalgic homage. The campaign is lensed by Simons’ collaborators photographer Willy Vanderperre and stylist Olivier Rizzo, and stars Luca Lemaire.
