Was Reebok the Sneaker of Paris Fashion Week?
With the surprise debut of Givenchy x Onitsuka Tiger sneaker in Milan, the Paris sneaker-du-jour was Reebok debuting in three runway shows: Cottweiler, Angus Chiang, and Ximon Lee.
Cottweiler featured the energy-return footwear called the 3D Storm. The shoe has a striking metallic gradient solo and a transparent rip-stop upper truly mixing the styles of both fashion brands.
Angus Chiang also sported an energy return prototype from the brand with a custom upper in three colorways.
Ximon Lee featured the new DMX Trail Hydrax sneaker from Reebok fusing the trail runner with the popular sock sneaker — it’s ultimately a shoe and a boot simultaneously. The brands will continue evolving the model to new appearances.
