‘David Bailey’ Shows the Artist’s Finest Portraits

Photographer to the stars, David Bailey has amassed a vast body of work shooting some of the most influential figures of the 20th century, including Andy Warhol, Paul McCartney, John Lennon, and Mick Jagger. A new eponymous 440-page book celebrates his extensive career, containing over 300 intimate black and white portraits of celebrity subjects from the ’50s to today. The limited-edition tome will only release 3000 volumes (the Collector’s Edition includes a bookstand designed by Marc Newson, pictured above) making it a must-have for any art savant or tastemaker’s coffee table collection.

Paul McCartney Can’t Sit Still at a Lakers’ Game

Paul McCartney & Nancy Shevell Share A Kiss At The Clippers Game

At 71, Paul McCartney is showing no signs of wear or tear in his seven-decade spanning career. This past weekend, the legendary singer was out and about in the City of Angels, spotted with his wife Nancy Shevell (who — random — is Barbara Walter’s second cousin) at an LA Lakers Game.  Wouldn’t you know it, halfway through the game the kiss cam found its way over to the two, and you can guess both by the above picture and the implication of the design of the kiss cam what transpired next. Still stumped? Here’s video (hint: they kiss):
