Bode Wants You to Customize Your Cords

Runner-up of the 2018 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, Bode launched a new line of traditional cord trousers, with a twist, naturally. Emily Bode, the creator of the namesake New York-based label is renowned for her approach to the variety of conceivable textiles, thus often creating exclusive items with an artisanal touch. The initiative aims to revive the classic style, and each pair is custom-made by an in-house artist to reflect the vigorous compilation of your memories, places, symbols, and anything else that can be printed onto a pair of corduroy trousers to make them unique. Remember when everyone would personalize their own jeans in high school by having their friends sign them in Sharpie? This is the next best thing.

The “Senior Cords” trousers are available on Bode’s website and by appointment now.

The Marcelo Burlon x Timberland Boot is Spooky

Marcelo Burlon x Timberland have unleashed a new grunge-inspired boot. The new footwear is a mashup of tarot symbols, vintage tattoos aesthetic with a horror movie twist perfect for the spooky season.

The collaboration maintains the classic Timberland silhouette, featuring a bulky sole with the brand’s tree logo on the side and a tag attached to the laces. Giving the model a darker tone, the shoe is coated in a gradient fade of red to black, kind of like a bloodstain from a slasher film. Additionally, the 100% leather shoe is branded with the Marcelo Burlon logo at the backside of the boot’s collar. Happy Halloween!

The Marcelo Burlon x Timberland boot is available online and at select stores now.

This Ferragamo Bag Will Carry You Through Winter

duffle

As the holidays quickly approach, so does the scrambling winter travel anxiety — and, more importantly, what luggage to carry us through it. Luckily, the Ferragamo FW18 Dynamo duffle bag is here to help. The leather piece is finished with soft calfskin, complete with an adjustable shoulder strap and contrasting inner handles that can be pulled out for an extra color accent to brighten up any winter gloominess.

As the bag itself is worth more than its potential contents, it’s the perfect piece to travel with and turn heads at the airport (without raising a security concern) this holiday season.
