Nanamica Partners with Dr. Martens for Autumn Shoe Line

Combining new-age Japanese style with inventive British construction, Nanamica and Dr. Martens collaborate on an Autumn capsule collection of understated sophistication. Utilizing Dr. Martens’ unique “Art of Industrial” manufacturing process within the confines of its original Cobbs Lane Factory, the two new shoe designs are simple, elegant, and, as per the Nanamica branding, essential. Known for mixing fashion with functionality, the Japanese brand has adapted the Sultan MIE Officer shoe, a classic 4-eye military construction, and the Lytton MIE penny loafer with new life and style. All black and featuring a lining in signature Nanamica navy, the shoes are built on concepts of wearability and adaptability – the Airwair bouncing soul and flexible Temperley soft handle leather perfect examples. The collection is rounded out by the gold foil co-branded footbed and the white contrast Z welt stitch, providing an eye-grabbing pop of color that accentuates these soon to be classics.
The Nanamica x Dr. Martens Collaborative line will be available online starting October 15, 2016.
