Bridging the stylish sensibilities of London and Lagos, Morse is an emerging designer that prides itself on the cross-pollination of cultural cues. Overseen by Tokyo James, who also heads up his eponymous label, Morse is an alternative outlet for him to exercise his fluency in contemporary menswear while enhancing it with ambitious craftsmanship. The inaugural collection for Fall/Winter 2019 is ripe with texture combinations, including vegan leather and velour, which are evenly balanced with dark and subdued prints.
