The Waldorf Astoria New York’s Presidente
An iconic order from the uptown haven The Waldorf Astoria New York, this hot-blooded cocktail is lionized even further in the hotel’s brand-new bar book, penned by Peacock Alley’s own Frank Caiafa.
- 1.5 oz. Caña Brava Rum
- 0.75 oz. Dolin de Chambery Blanc Vermouth
- 0.75 oz. Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth
- 0.25 oz. Grenadine
- 0.25 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
- 1 dash Regans’ Orange Bitters No. 6

Add all ingredients to mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with orange peel and brandied cherry.
