It’s Been A Long Week: The Source

As true believers of the work hard, play hard mantra, we present you with It’s Been a Long Week, a weekly column aimed at awarding some liquid appreciation to you for just being yourself, dammit. Make yourself a glass or two, on us — you deserve it.

Without really choosing favorites, a traditional negroni will always be one of our preferred classic cocktails. As next week commences Negroni Week, bars, restaurants, and top retailers around the world are raising funds for charitable organizations. New York’s Blue Quarter, with Max Green at the mixology helm, has created a special negroni in support of water sustainability and sanitation with Water For People.  The cocktail skips the step of stirring over ice that gets tosses instead using a tea batch. The final cocktail is a bit of Morrocan heaven flavored with Campari and Cachaça
