WHAT
Heavy Woods
Be prepared, a liberal sip of this warmth-inducing, Roca Patrón Añejo libation by Josh Mazza of New York’s Seamstress might catch you off guard with its kick.
HOW
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Roca Patrón Añejo
- 0.5 oz. Miso and chanterelle simple syrup
- 2 dashes Mole bitters
- 1 dash Saline solution
- 1 dash Angostura bitters

THEN
Boil down miso and chanterelle into a simple syrup, combine salt with water for saline solution, and stir all together. Serve in a double old fashioned on a large rock. Garnish with a bouquet of thyme, rosemary, and tarragon.
