WHAT
Hangar 1’s BRUNCH CUP
Who needs a heavy meal, when you can have the spirit of brunch amped up by spirits of another nature? This delicious Hangar 1 cocktail has all the ingredients you need for a boozy brunch in just a matter of sips.
HOW
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. House vermouths
- 1.5 oz. Seltzer
- 1 oz. Hangar 1 Straight Vodka
- 3/4 oz. Lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Spicy ginger syrup
- 3 slices English cucumber

THEN
Muddle lemon and cucumber. Add ingredients and shake. Strain over ice. Top with soda and mint garnish.
