WHAT

Clos Dew Drop
Entertaining expert Jung Lee teams up with Sonoma County winery Clos du Bois for a sweet alternative to the typical whiskey-based cocktail: the Clos Dew Drop. “When serving the signature cocktail, place different glassware of different heights, shapes, and colors all together so guest can just choose what they like,” says Lee. “It looks beautiful mixed up together, and is functional to serve guests and doubles as décor.”

HOW

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. Clos du Bois California Chardonnay
  • 2 oz. Boodles Gin
  • 2 oz. Grapefruit juice
  • 1 – 2 oz. Simple syrup

THEN

Shake all ingredients with ice.
