Introducing Dior’s Latest Scent, Lucky
Just in time for Saint Patrick’s Day, Dior has added Lucky Eau de Parfum to its perfume family. Founder Christian Dior was actually quite superstitious and would religiously stitch the stem of a lily of the valley flower into the seam of his dresses before each runway show — this flower is the base of the latest scent. The house perfumer François Demachy has chosen florals as the keynote of the designer in general. Each fragrance, of 26 signature scents, celebrates a new variation of flowers native to Grasse, France. “Lucky is a good luck charm and the perfume to wear whenever you want to cross your fingers,” says the perfumer in a release. As an ode to Dior’s favorite flower, the perfume is the reincarnation of the flowers profusing meters of silk with it’s tender and succulent notes. The new Lucky is considered a “light floral” scent perfect for casual-wear.
Lucky is available exclusively at Dior boutiques.
