WHAT
The Skylark’s Rio Verde
Looking for the perfect way to celebrate National Margarita Day as it comes creeping around the corner? The Skylark‘s Rio Verde, a cocktail mixed and poured at the Manhattan lounge’s bar with a view, will put a warm smile on your face faster than you can say “salted rim.”
HOW
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Milagro Reposado Tequila
- 0.5 oz. Agave
- 1 oz. Ancho Reyes Verde Chile Liqueur
- 0.75 oz. Lime Juice

THEN
Combine ingredients, shake, then ice and strain into a tortilla salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with a spiked, grilled tomatillo and cilantro sprig.
