Cast of ‘Napoleon Dynamite’ Reunites for Tenth Anniversary
The stars of the 2004-cult comedy-hit Napoleon Dynamite recently reunited to celebrate the film’s ten year anniversary. The all-grown-up cast headed by Jon Heder met to fete the movie’s b-day, as well as to promote a special anniversary Blu-Ray/DVD pack and unveil a commemorative (and strange) bronze statue of the film’s title character, Napoleon, wearing one of the movie’s “Vote for Pedro” t-shirts. The cast is also slated to get together next month at the famed cemetery-turned-outdoor-movie-arena Hollywood Forever Cemetery for a special screening of the flick for the opening of the Sundance Next Fest. The event will be a full-circle moment for the cast, as Napoleon Dynamite first premiered at Sundance. We’re sure there will be plenty of tater tots to go around for the screening.
