Burberry Launches The Britain
If you’re popped onto the Burberry website in the past few days, then you already know that they’ve just launched a brand new lines of watches. The swiss made line, designed by Christopher Bailey is inspired by the iconic Burberry trench coat and celebrates the now 156 years of the storied company. The automatic watches come dressed with a cool transparent case back with sapphire crystal, a sturdy octagonal case, and a reflective brushed and polished case. The Britain’s other movements include Quartz, Chronograph some power reserve. Bands come in three choices, aligator, leather or stainless steel. Online, you’ll be able to check the watch out in a cool to-scale 3D model and check out the manner in which it was constructed. The ad campaign, which you’ll be seeing a lot of, was shot by Mario Testino, features some UK star power in Rob Pryor, Gabriella Wilde and Harry Scrymgeour. (video after the jump)
