Key Looks: Bottega Veneta SS’14 Collection
The legendary Tomas Maier has established a new era of the late fifties with the Bottega Veneta summer/spring 2014 collection. Models walking in with grey suits and holding a black briefcase literally opened the runway.
We witnessed a crossover when it came to most suits as they combined well with golf jackets, lapels and handkerchief pockets. An amount of outdoor camp shirts in glorious creamy fabrics and chalk-stripe polo shirts with collars and plackets proved to be an outstanding and unique choice by Maier. Of course, pullovers are a must, and were displayed through in thin suede.
The show allowed us to watch a series of pants and shirts that mixed with bold windowpane and checks. A must-have-seen event which taught the audience to always dress in success.
