Despite its extensive history and influence on design way beyond fashion, Louis Vuitton has never released a solo men’s fragrance. That is until now — on May 31, the brand launches Les Parfums, a landmark that mark the French label’s first venture into men’s scents. The eclectic collection of 5 scents –L’Immensité, Nouveau Monde, Orage, Sur La Route, and Au Hasard — feature minimal bottles, designed by groundbreaking designer Marc Newson, that represent the start of a new chapter. Concocted by perfume veteran Jacques Cavallier Belletrud, each fragrance carries a rich and earthy scent, and can be refilled at select Louis Vuitton stores. Welcome to the fragrance club, @Louis!

Les Parfums Louis Vuitton will be available in stores and online on May 31.

CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC Releases New Americana Pre-Fall ’18 Collection

For Calvin Klein 205W39NYC Pre-Fall ’18, Raf Simons manipulated the utilitarian standards of traditional American attire to create a fresh collection injected with pop fervor, courtesy of Andy Warhol. The line features a trophy of cultural references, each distorted and altered to provide a new context — denim and sherpas are a more obvious nod to Western influence, while fitted and dramatic silhouettes demonstrate the brand’s signature urban design sensibility while challenging convention. Accessories are adorned with altered Andy Warhol prints, as part of an ongoing partnership with The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, which gives the designer access and rights to a number of exclusive prints from the Pop Artist himself.

The Calvin Klein 205W39NYC Pre-Fall ’18 collection is available at Calvin Klein stores and online on May 21.

Find Love with Helmut Lang Personal Ads

Known for their groundbreaking and provocative campaigns, New York-designer Helmut Lang revealed its Pre-Fall 18 collection with a series of playful personal ads on Instagram. The label scouted actual single New Yorkers to model the collection, listing their name, age, and personal hobbies to get a better sense of them — it’s very Sex and the City meets that viral video of miscellaneous auditions. The designer will also let customers email the single people at LOVE@helmutlang.com and connect them with potential partners. If all goes well, maybe the brand’s next campaign could be modeled after The Bachelor.

The Helmut Lang Pre-Fall collection is available in stores and online now.

MW50+ from Master & Dynamic Lets You Tune In and Out

Master & Dynamic is releasing a set of adaptable over-ear/on-ear headphones just in time for summer. The brand, which launched in New York in 2014, is known for its utilitarian approach to design-meets-function headsets, providing a selection of luxe headphones made from polished materials including leather and sheepskin.

The MW50+ is the latest wireless headphone, available in three polished monochromatic color options, and allowing the wearer to either maximize or minimize their listening experience depending on environment — all the wearer has to do is add or remove the magnetic ear pad. The over-the-ear model might work best when drowning out noise pollution on a plane while the on-ear fit would probably work better on the go. Whatever you prefer, the choice is yours.

The MW50+ is available for pre-order online now.

Acne Launches 48 Archive Pop-Up Shop Online

unnamed

Acne Studios is launching an exclusive two-day online pop-up shop featuring popular pieces from collections past. Dubbed Acne Archive, the 48hr promotion will take place starting tomorrow, April 24 at 10am, giving fans of the brand a brief window to snag some of their favorite items from the Swedish label. Some goods will be up to 75% off — my horoscope (I’m an Aquarius, thanks for asking) said I should consider shopping this week to update my look. If this brief initiative isn’t a sign encouraging a complete sartorial reinvention then I’m not sure what is. The brand hosted a similar web pop-up in 2016, and while the promotion itself is limited to US customers, it’s likely that future editions will expand to a global audience.

AcneArchive.com is live tomorrow at 10am.
