ASOS BLACK + PUMA FALL 2012
Launching on September 25th, the first ever ASOS BLACK PUMA collaboration beautifully combines athletic wear with modern fashion forward style. The collection, comprised of 45 pieces (both apparel and accessories), may have all the trappings of PUMA’s sports-ready gear, but was designed with every day street wear in mind.Traditionally tailored garments such as a two button wool suit are updated with technical fastenings and the flash of bright orange that runs throughout the collection is added to the reverse of the collar. Jackets in sporting shapes including gilets and puffer jackets in mid grays and blues are given more outstanding fashion qualities with contrasting internal details, technical zip finishes and orange draw cords. These are paired with either grey nylon sports trousers or dark stretch skinny denim trousers. Knitwear is ribbed and features contrasting color panels on the sleeves in grey and orange. The collection is accessorized with a selection of black rucksacks and belts and all product will feature rubberized embossed branding with the ASOS BLACK PUMA logo.
