7 Moncler Fragment Hiroshi Fujiwara

Winter is lurking just around so the corner so it’s about time to find a coat to essentially live in for the next 4-6 months, global warming permitting. Look no further than Moncler, which has released a line of outerwear and winter layering pieces with Japanese artist Hiroshi Fujiwara.

Moncler has made waves for its over-the-top showpieces — like its recent collection with Richard Quinn and its viral puffer coat gown made famous by Ezra Miller — but this time it opted for a more utilitarian approach. Following a military theme, the collection of durable pieces mixes functionality with urban technical accents. A green parka jacket, a buffalo check, and a sweatshirt are updated with piumino details, adding a cozy and insulating warmth to the simple pieces. Slogans and other graphic prints are featured throughout the collection, including the optimistic slogan “Team Positive Force,” which is a refreshingly optimistic way to confront the impending winter gloom.
